3. Carefully pack the item in its original condition with all tags attached
4. Ship the product to our return address

Return Shipping Charges

Brand Bears the Cost:

• If you received the wrong size than what you ordered
• If the product delivered is different from what you ordered
• If the item is damaged, faulty, or defective

Customer Bears the Cost:

• If you changed your mind about the purchase
• If you need a different size than what you originally selected
• If the product doesn’t suit your preference

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
• Returns must be initiated within 7 working days of delivery
